A super easy, delicious dinner is making a salad out of leftovers, especially restaurant leftovers. If you order dressing on the side, you can even save leftovers from a big restaurant salad, and spruce it up the next day with fresh lettuce.
I did just that awhile ago in Astoria. I used leftover salad, using the lettuce, fried shallots and steak, and mixed it with fresh romaine lettuce, blue cheese, cherry tomatoes and avocado. Yum!
